Admittedly, we've reported on our masks quite a bit in recent weeks. And yes, we know it sometimes read like a love letter. But hey, anyone who's experienced the promised "spa effect" understands why. Apparently, we members of the blog editorial team aren't the only ones who've fallen a little bit in love. Because: We've received quite a lot of reader mail. Often beautifully written and full of warmth. We're touched, grateful, and thought: Reason enough to give them a platform. Like a beauty treatment – only cheaper
Lisa A. from Cologne placed her first order with 48grams a few weeks ago. Her skin? She describes it as "sensitive, far too sensitive." Her expectations? To put it cautiously: not high. Nevertheless, she ordered a Set of 3 Aloe Masks. She writes in an email to our support team: "I've tried so many masks. From ridiculously expensive ones to natural cosmetics to cheap stuff. Nothing helped. Especially not the products from Korea. And then I came across your mask. It felt different as soon as I opened the packaging."

We've been happy to count Michi G. from Frankfurt/Oder among our regular customers for quite some time now. She tests everything from 48grams and writes to us regularly. Yes, she's never at a loss for words. "So: Your hyaluronic mask That's really amazing. I've had some unpleasant experiences with hyaluronic acid before. And how am I supposed to know that the hyaluronic acid you use is actually vegan? Aren't they made from rooster combs?
No, we can rule that out. Modern skincare only uses hyaluronic acid derived from bacteria. But that doesn't really tell us much about its actual effectiveness. "I tried a mask on Sunday morning – and initially felt a tightening sensation. I thought... oh man... But after a few minutes, it was just a pleasant feeling.
