Apply a serum or oil to cleansed skin to help the Gua Sha glide effortlessly. Using gentle, even movements, move the stainless steel Gua Sha from the center of the face outwards - along the cheeks, jawline, forehead and under the eyes. For the neck area, move downwards towards the collarbone to support lymph flow.

The naturally cool stainless steel helps reduce swelling immediately. For a more intensive effect, cool the Gua Sha briefly in the refrigerator beforehand.
After use, simply rinse with water and a mild cleaner - the smooth surface remains hygienically clean.

For best results, use 3-5 minutes daily.
