Shipping conditions
Delivery is available to the following countries: Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Shipping costs in Germany (including statutory VAT)
- Up to €49.99: €3.50 shipping costs
- We offer free shipping on orders over 50 euros.
Shipping costs to Austria, Switzerland (including statutory VAT)
- €9.50 shipping costs
Delivery times
Currently, our delivery times within Germany amount to approx. 2 - 4 working days after receipt of order, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 working days after receipt of order (if prepayment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Shipping information for customers from Switzerland
Orders from our German online shop can of course also be delivered to Switzerland. Please note the following information:
No German VAT: Once you specify a Swiss delivery address, the German VAT (19%) will be deducted at checkout.
Swiss import sales tax (VAT): In Switzerland, the standard VAT rate for cosmetics is 8.1%.
Orders up to approximately CHF 62 (including shipping) remain tax-free (de minimis threshold).
- For orders exceeding a certain value, the full VAT will be charged.
No tariffs on cosmetics: Serums, creams and other cosmetic products are generally not subject to customs duties.
Parcel service handling fees: Even if no customs duties are levied, the shipping service provider (e.g. DHL or Swiss Post) charges a customs clearance fee for processing and advance payment of the VAT.
- Basic fee: approx. CHF 11.50
- Submission fee: min. 8 CHF (depending on the VAT rate)
Total costs typically range between 15–20 CHF per shipment.
