Are the products cruelty-free?
Animal testing is banned in the EU since 2013. Our products are not tested on animals.
Why the products are free of fragrance?
As perfumes often irritate the skin and lead to allergic reactions. We prefer to keep it pure and natural and optimal for your skin.
Can the masks be used on sensitive skin?
Our organic membrane masks are well tolerated for any skin type due to the high-quality and pure ingredients. We do not use fragrances, preservatives or chemicals therefore, our products are perfect for every skin type.
Are the masks biodegradable?
Yes! Since our membrane masks are 100% natural, you can even dispose them in the organic waste bin.
Why did you name it 48grams?
Once we held our very first sample of the membrane mask in our hands, we knew that we had created something very special. We decided at that moment that our unique feature - the weight of our masks - has to be the name of the brand.
What is the impact on climate?
At 48grams we care really much about the environment therefore we are climate positive. We work every day to reduce the proportion of greenhouse gases back to an environmentally friendly level in the long term.
Which countries we deliver to?
We send you our products to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Where is my parcel?
Please use the tracking link that you received via email. Note that it can take up to 24 hours for the first info to appear. Use the shipment tracking link to track your package and see exactly where it is. If problems with shipping occur, the information will be shown there.

I added the wrong address. What can I do?
Please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org or via our contact form. In most cases, our system recognizes that an address is incorrect and does not send the parcel. Usually, we contact you if there is a problem with an address. In case your order is already on its way to you but cannot be delivered, it will be sent back to us and we will contact you. We are happy to send it to you again to the changed address.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It will take 2-4 days for your order to arrive in Germany. Shipping to Austria takes 3-5 days. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, however, there may be slight deviations in terms of delivery times.
How much does the shipping cost?
Domestic shipping (Germany) costs € 3.50 and is free of charge from a value of € 50.00. The shipping costs for deliveries to Austria are 9.50 €
My order is incomplete. What can I do?
We are for the problems with your order. If your order is incomplete please contact our customer support. We will send you the missing products as soon as possible. You can reach us via email, at email@example.com, or via our contact form.
How do I get free shipping?
From a minimum order value of 50.00 €, shipping within Germany is free.
Can I return or exchange products?
If you have received the wrong product or your order is damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or via the contact form. Our support team will process your request as soon as possible.

You can pay via credit card, purchase on invoice and via instant bank transfer.
